Cray and Kathy Gunn
Cray, a Carrboro native, is a skilled carpenter, excellent designer and general contractor, with over 35 years experience in carpentry, design, and building.
He not only has the ability to envision the finished product, but has the necessary skills to get there.
Kathy, a Durham native, can often be found on the job site, making sure the clients are happy and that things are running smoothly from their perspective.
In the office, she oversees invoicing, bill payments and bookkeeping.
In addition, Kathy is a talented designer and enjoys working with clients on design features and selections such as lighting and plumbing fixtures, flooring, tile, countertops and paint colors.

Our Team
Our subcontractors are an integral part of our business model. Our structural engineer, electrician, plumber, HVAC, drywall installers and vendors are all locally owned and operated and work together on every job that we do.
